This is the first infused coffee at ou.bai.tou.ri. Culturing is a fermentation technique used in various processed foods such as yogurt. After harvest, one tank is used for anoxic fermentation and the other tank is used to ferment various fruits for a few days. Then, the two ingredients are mixed together and fermented again. This process allows the rich aroma and fruit flavors to develop. We hope you will enjoy the rich flavors of the coconut and pineapple culturing, and the many other flavors that come together.
