Eliza Geisha Green Tip [ jasmine & sweet lime]

 It has a gorgeous aroma of jasmine and a hint of citrus freshness like lime. As the coffee cools down, it also has nuances of yuzu and green apple, giving it a clear image with elegance and dignity, making it a truly royal floral Geisha.

We have a small quantity of the same lot that ranked 10th in the Cup of Exellence 2023.

It has the potential to be a grade higher with a royal Geisha aroma, and is recommended for those who like clean-cup Geisha Washed. We were fortunate to obtain a small amount of the same lot that was submitted to a competitive show.

Located in the gentle highlands of Loja, Ecuador, the charming Eliza Coffee Farm has been run by a parent and daughter since 2016. Their fascination with specialty coffee has its roots in a longing for a delicious cup of coffee they encountered on a trip to Boquete, Panama, and they began growing coffee because they were fascinated by the magic of the bean.

The charm that makes their coffee stand out is said to be the fusion of the natural environment: high altitude, rich soil, clean mountain water, and growing shade trees, creating a beautiful coffee powered by the essence of its surroundings.

They now grow three varieties of coffee: the delicate Green Geisha, the powerful Bourbon Sidra, and the classic Typica Mepolado, and this time we were able to obtain the best lot of the Green Geisha.
