The coffee starts with a tender tropical sweetness of ripe mango and passion fruit, followed by a pleasant, light finish like sparkling rosé wine that persists through the after half. As the temperature cools, a natural-processed-coffee like fruity sweetness that resembles figs, Yubari melon, and muscat emerges.
