It has a cherry blossom like floralness, followed by a lingering fresh fruitiness like plums and melons. As it cools down, a gentle sweetness of Kashiwa-mochi (rice cakes) becomes apparent. The lovely, elegant flavor resembles Someiyoshino (cherry blossom) in this belend, as the beginning of spring is almost here.

This is a new blend of green tea that was also popular last year and is only available in spring. It is characterized by its lively, soft flavor, which is like the blooming of cherry blossoms. While aiming for the same flavor as last year, this year we have blended six types of tea to achieve a balance that is clear and easy to perceive the flavor of rice cakes in the aftertaste.
