We are releasing first Hawaii Kona. If you like today's specialty coffees, you may not be familiar with Hawaii Kona. This is a beautiful specialty grade Hawaii Kona coffee that we would like those people to try.

I actually visited a Kona coffee plantation in Hawaii this past May. Coincidentally, there were many coffee flowers blooming there. In fact, it is said that the flowers bloom for only three days. It was a very precious experience to be surrounded by the beautiful floral aroma all over the coffee fields.

This time, the coffee has beautiful floral notes that remind me of the scent of flowers at that time. It certainly lacks the fruity nuances of the recent trend, but it has an elegance that does not make you feel negatively about it.
