◎ About the Roasting Date

We ship fresh coffee beans within one week of roasting. Currently, we try to roast after receiving your order whenever possible to ensure maximum freshness. *Please note that for decaf and certain other beans, we may deliver them after a short resting period, as they taste best when allowed to rest.

◎ Hand-prepared with care. Please allow a little extra time for delivery.
