A tropical Geisha with notes of passion fruit, golden kiwi, and hints of muscat and lime on the palate. As it cools, the coffee takes on a ripe, natural process-like impression, with juicy fruit notes of fresh red wine, Valencia orange and guava.

IRODORI JAPONISM has been so well received that we have added a new coffee for the third edition. Himawari" is a perfect summer coffee, bright yellow and orange like sunflowers, evoking images of summer vacations, cicadas, and sunshine.

As it cools down, you can taste the process-derived flavor of the coffee, which changes to a heavy sweetness like red wine or orange.

El Dorado is a very strong farm that was ranked 8th in the Cup of Excellence 2023, and has been producing high quality coffees continuously since 2021, when it was awarded the COE prize. The reason for its excellent quality is the combination of high altitude, fertile soil, mineral-rich mountain water, nutrient-rich shade, and 12 hours of sunlight throughout the year. Currently, Green Geisha, Wush Wush, Yellow Geisha SL28 are the four main coffee varieties grown in the area, and Sidora will be added in 2023, which we are very much looking forward to.
