毎年継続しているDehongですが今年はYeast Fermentation Washedを入荷しました。HoneyとWashedの味の違いが気になる方も多いですが、全体の傾向は例年お馴染みのDehong通りで、クリーンカップが上がった分、フレーバーは解像感は向上したような印象はあります。おそらく知っている方には安心感のある味わいかと思います。
